We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Respite Provider (Part-Time) Location: 54751 (Home-based pickups preferred) Hourly Pay: $14.13 We are seeking a caring, dependable, and patient Part-Time Respite Provider to support a wonderful child for approximately 10 hours per week. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, building positive relationships with children, and creating fun, engaging experiences. Schedule School Year: After-school hours and weekends. What You'll Do Provide safe, engaging respite care. Pick up the child from home (preferred). Plan and participate in fun activities based on his interests. Keep him active, entertained, and engaged while providing a supportive environment. Ensure his safety and well-being during all outings and activities. Interests & Activities The child enjoys: Fishing Waterparks Biking Hiking Listening to and learning about Michael Jackson Galaxies and astronomy If you enjoy outdoor adventures, gaming, or exploring science and space, you'll be a great fit! We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Patient and understanding A good listener Calm and supportive during sensitive moments Respectful of communication—he prefers not to repeat himself Reliable, dependable, and able to build trust Preferred Qualifications CPR Certification (preferred, but not required) Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus Additional Information Approximately 10 hours per week Caregiver background check is required before employment. Reliable transportation is needed for home pickups and community outings. *If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
