Plasma Center Assistant Manager

Job Description Plasma Collection Associate – responsible for managing production staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring high quality plasma is collected in a plasma donation center. About The Role Report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. Support the Center Manager and management team in achieving center production and cost goals while maintaining regulatory and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center; train staff. Foster teamwork and provide feedback on performance, including initiating disciplinary action. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company‑specific rules, regulations and practices related to quality, safety of products, donors, employees and daily activities. Participate in correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operational needs. Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree desired. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work weekends, extended work periods and occasional travel. Valid and current CPR and AED certification. Mobile for an entire work shift. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, leaning, reaching above shoulders and below knees, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to monitor equipment from a distance. Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Compensation U.S. Base Salary Range: $64,000.00 – $88,000.00.
