Opportunity Overview

Are you an experienced, licensed Lash Tech looking for a prime, professional space to elevate your brand and serve your clients? We are offering a dedicated Lash Station / Booth Rental for $275 per week inside our high-end studio. Table in included in booth rental.

This opportunity is ideal for an established, self-motivated lash artist who already has an active customer base and wants the freedom of running their own business without the high overhead of a solo storefront.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Provide high-quality lash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, lash lifts, and tints) according to your expertise.
• Maintain an established, active customer base while continuously marketing to attract new local clients.
• Manage all personal scheduling, client communications, payment processing, and product inventory.
• Maintain a pristine, sanitary, and compliant workstation adhering to Texas state board guidelines and studio standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Texas Specialty Lash License (or Esthetician/Cosmetology License) in good standing with TDLR.
• Existing Client Base: Established clientele in or near the Humble/Atascocita/Greater Houston area is required.
• Independent Business Setup: Must carry current professional liability insurance and maintain your own payment processing tools.
• Professionalism: Dependable, passionate, and committed to delivering exceptional lash application and client care in a shared studio space.
