In this position, you will deliver high-quality, intermediate-level care to patients who require more monitoring and support than what is provided in general medical/surgical units, but who do not need intensive care.Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse Job SummaryProvides direct and indirect care to patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, using the nursing process to assess and address patient needs. This includes data collection, problem identification, and the development and implementation of personalized care plans. Utilizes critical thinking to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, age-appropriate care. Effectively delegates tasks to the appropriate team members.
