Job Description

We’re seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a short‐term assignment in Chaska, MN . This role offers 8.5‐hour shifts on 2nd and 3rd shift , ideal for nurses who excel in fast‐paced environments and value schedule consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Support care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely charting
Provide compassionate communication to patients and families
Uphold safety, infection‐control, and facility standards

Requirements

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a clinical or acute‐care setting
Current BLS certification
Recent TB test (per compliance guidelines)
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift , 8.5 hours each
Strong communication, critical‐thinking, and teamwork skills
