Executive Director, Commercial Insights & Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategy for commercial forecasting and analytics function aligned with enterprise goals
- Lead organization responsible for commercial forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and advanced analytics
- Partner with commercial and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights shaping strategy
- Champion evidence-based decision-making by providing objective recommendations influencing portfolio and investment decisions
- Design and implement commercial measurement capabilities including MMx, KDA, scenario planning, and experimentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, mathematics, or statistics
- 16+ years pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience
- Strategic leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in commercial forecasting, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled insights
- Demonstrated success modernizing analytics platforms and data capabilities
- Experience with marketing mix modeling, predictive analytics, and measurement methodologies
- Cross-functional partnership experience across marketing, sales, finance, and operations
