We’re seeking a reliable and professional Floating Leasing Professional to support tax credit communities in Fairview, Portland, and White House TN. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate plus strong commission potential Generous PTO: 120 hours (0–4 years), 160 hours (5+ years) Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer match Requirements High school diploma or GED required Previous leasing experience preferred; strong background in customer service or sales required Familiarity with tax credit housing is strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable using Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs Saturday availability required Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities Conduct property tours, complete lease paperwork, and handle deposits Address resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally Maintain accurate resident records and leasing data Conduct daily property inspections and ensure readiness of model units Support marketing efforts with local outreach Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety regulations This is your chance to grow with a supportive team while working in two well-maintained communities.
