Senior Business Analyst

Endurance IT Services is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives through process improvement, automation, AI, and technology solutions for a client in Chesapeake! This role partners closely with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, improve workflows, and support successful solution delivery. Location: Chesapeake, VA Work Arrangement: 100% onsite Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, AI, digital transformation, or related areas. Experience gathering requirements and supporting technology implementations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. AI and workflow automation technologies Agile methodologies and project delivery practices Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and process improvement opportunities. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Create process maps, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Support automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with business users, developers, data teams, cybersecurity, and vendors. Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing, and user acceptance activities. Evaluate solution impacts, risks, dependencies, and business value. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements. Present recommendations, project updates, and findings to stakeholders.
