Innovative AI company is seeking a Commercial Counsel with strong SaaS experience to join its team in Santa Clara. This attorney will support a wide range of commercial legal matters, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology-driven agreements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work in Santa Clara, CA on a weekly basis. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, vendor, customer, partnership, and services agreementsProvide practical legal guidance on contract terms, risk assessment, and business-facing solutionsPartner closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, procurement, product, and leadership teamsSupport legal issues related to technology transactions, data use, and general commercial operationsHelp develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and legal processesAdvise on contractual obligations, compliance considerations, and legal risk mitigationManage multiple agreements and priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
