Travel RN - Acute Dialysis

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Acute Dialysis position requiring at least 2 years of inpatient hemodialysis experience in a Level 1 Trauma or comparable hospital setting.

Job Details

• Inpatient dialysis unit within a large academic hospital environment,
• Patient population includes both adult and pediatric patients requiring hemodialysis,
• Day/Evening shifts, 12-hour shifts from 0800-2030,
• 3x12-hour schedule with every other weekend requirement,
• Holiday coverage required as needed,
• Weekday and weekend on-call responsibilities may be assigned, not to exceed 3 on-call shifts per six-week period,
• Epic EMR experience required,

Job Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand,
• Current certifications required (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, and PALS,
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient hemodialysis experience required,
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma or comparable large hospital setting required,
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patient populations required,
• Epic EMR proficiency required,
• Must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting assignment,

• Provides acute hemodialysis care to adult and pediatric inpatients,
• Telemetry test must be completed and passed before the assignment begins,
• 13-week contract
