The Restaurant Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supervising a medium-sized team and maintaining high standards of customer service. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role supports staff training and fosters a positive work environment to help achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 10-30 staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address guest concerns
Assist in training new and existing employees to uphold service standards

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant operations
