Our office, Southwest Florida Oral Surgery - Fort Myers, is seeking a talented PRN Nurse to join our busy specialty practice. We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Nurse who understands the importance of excellent patient service and can support our team in providing high‑quality care. Your Responsibilities Assist the team in providing high‑quality care to patients. Administer medications and provide IV sedation as needed. Monitor patients during and after surgical procedures. Respond to patient questions and concerns. Prepare patients for procedures and administer local anesthesia as directed. Collect and maintain patient data in an electronic medical records system. Adhere to all hospital/practice policies and procedures regarding patient care. Facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Your Background You are a resourceful Nurse who loves helping patients receive the experience they deserve and assists Surgeons in providing it. You’re excited by the prospect of patients leaving the office healthier, stronger, and happier each day. You’re a kind, passionate, and collaborative problem‑solver who can proactively adjust to shifting priorities and values the chance to make a meaningful impact. Current and valid nursing license. Minimum of three years of nursing experience. Experience in a dental or medical surgical setting preferred. Current CPR certification. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
