Global Marine Capital Lead: Planning & Analytics

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Lead, Global Marine Operations – Capital based in Miami, FL. This role will involve financial analysis and reporting for capital programs, supporting the annual budgeting process, maintaining forecasts, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
