8-hr shifts | Full-time | AM Shift, Tuesday - Saturday Pay range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour Case Manger for Outpatient Department. The Case Manager provides quality case management, psychotherapeutic services, and discharge planning to all patient and their families, serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families. • Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Social Services
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 3 years behavioral health experience preferred
• Associate license such as ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), AMFT (Associate Marriage & Family Therapist), APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor) preferred
• Current BLS healthcare provider card required upon hire
• Therapeutic Options™ training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor
