Packanack Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced, full time Client Care Coordinator to add to our talented team in Wayne, NJ. We are an established, state-of-the-art practice with a dynamic, rewarding culture and a focus on employee wellness. The Client Care Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our clients, our adorable patients, and is the face of the practice. You will work closely with our dedicated clinical staff and be a capable ambassador for the organization, to the public, our clients, and to the professional community. What We Offer: The pay range for this role is: $21-$23/hr. This pay range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed pay will be dependent on the candidate’s skills, experience, and competencies $1,500 Sign-on bonus based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage FSA/HSA 120 hours of PTO per year - 40 hours granted on January 1st, 80 hours accrued throughout the calendar year 401(k) with a company match Paid Parental Leave Scrub Allowance Elective benefits through MetLife Employee pet discounts Discounted pet insurance What You’ll Do: Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every question is answered clearly and with care. Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to support patient care and keep communication flowing smoothly. Accurately document all client interactions and communications. Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and inviting for clients and staff. Guide clients through intake and discharge, making the process seamless and supportive. Handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Manage multiple phone lines with poise, ensuring timely and helpful responses. Prepare and dispense medications under the direction of a doctor. Oversee the appointment schedule to keep the day running smoothly. Process payments for services with accuracy and courtesy.
