About the Role:
Join MISTER SPARKY as a Residential Journeyman Electrician in Fremont, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing residential electrical service, maintenance, and installation work while delivering a high level of customer service and workmanship. We are seeking skilled and licensed professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This position is structured to provide consistent, full-time employment , with compensation based on a minimum of 40 hours per week , subject to applicable California labor laws. Overtime will be paid in accordance with California wage and hour regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Requirements:

• Valid California Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Minimum of 6 years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test
