To learn more about In House Carpet One Floor & Home check out: Why You'll Love It Here Salary: $70,000 + Quarterly Bonus 40 hrs./5-day work week Monday - Friday: 10 am to 5 pm 90 days paid training & mentorship program Flexible Scheduling Monthly medical stipend Simple IRA with 3% company match Paid Time Off Travel reimbursement when utilizing personal vehicle for client appointments (mileage) Company provides measuring tools & computer Employee discounts on products & services Potential for growth within organization Weekly sales meetings & biweekly product knowledge sessions Lunch & learn sessions, seasonal celebrations, team building activities & community outreach Day-to-Day Tasks Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering great customer experiences Build genuine relationships with new & existing customers Schedule appointments for client design consultations Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided Measure spaces, estimate materials, present proposals, product suggestions, manage payments & oversee project quality Keep the install team on track by coordinating schedules & sharing clear notes + photos Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability Utilize social media to create networking groups & prospect for new business Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend What We're Looking For 3+ years' proven work experience in Flooring Sales, Interior Design, Real Estate, Remodeling Sales, Cabinetry Sales, or similar role Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED) Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook & CRM platforms Fundamental tech, social media & math skills Personal & professional judgment Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business Ability to work independently under minimal supervisionCritical thinking & problem-solving abilities Quick to help customers get what they need Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority Time management skills & detailed oriented Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Experience working alongside builders/contractor a big plus Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a big plus Knowledge of RFMS & Measure Mobile a plus, but not required - willing to train How to Apply Use the response option in this job board Attach an up-to-date resume outlining your experience for the position A cover letter is always appreciated - but not necessary No emails or phone calls to the showroom Do not personally deliver resumes to the showroom Qualified candidates will be contacted by email to schedule a phone interview.
