We love building homes for a Greater Purpose, and we want our customers to have the best possible home building experience. We're seeking a Warranty Service Manager to carry that experience through beyond closing — ensuring every homeowner feels cared for long after they've moved in.

About the Role

The Warranty Service Manager oversees all post-closing warranty service for our custom and luxury homes. You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners during their warranty period, coordinating repairs with trade partners, managing timelines, and upholding the standard of quality and service our name is built on.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for homeowners on all warranty claims and concerns
• Evaluate, prioritize, and schedule warranty work; coordinate trade partners and vendors
• Conduct inspections and walkthroughs to assess and document issues
• Track claims from intake through completion, keeping homeowners informed throughout
• Partner with construction, purchasing, and customer experience teams to resolve recurring issues
• Maintain records and identify trends to improve build quality

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, warranty service, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of home building systems and trades
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple claims and deadlines
• Valid driver's license; comfortable with on-site visits

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, in office. Flexible start as early as 7:00 AM.
