Cook at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts.

Under general supervision prepares/serves quality food in appropriate quantities and in a timely manner for patients, employees, staff, and visitors in accordance with established recipes and menus. Assures that all safety and sanitation requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Within 30 days of hire National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• 2 years Cooking or catering experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Vocational training in food production.
• Experience in hospital food production.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
