Crunch Fitness in Avon, Indiana is seeking a Personal Training Director who will ensure delivery of outstanding fitness experiences for all members. The role involves hiring, training and managing a team of qualified Personal Trainers, achieving revenue targets and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, have experience in coaching, and possess detailed knowledge of fitness services.
