Job Summary
Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a behavioral health setting. The role involves providing inpatient psychiatric care to adolescent and geriatric populations within a 44-bed inpatient psych facility. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, days and nights, with every other weekend, and may include floating to different units as needed. The assignment is suitable for motivated professionals with inpatient psychiatric experience.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, days/nights, every other weekend, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, inpatient adolescent psychiatric experience, de-escalation training/certification (may attend SAFE Training Course onsite if needed), BLS certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Geriatric Behavioral Health units, additional mental health certifications or training
• Additional Information: Responsible for maintaining clinical standards, supervising staff, coordinating orientation and educational activities, and ensuring quality patient care. The role involves working in a 44-bed inpatient psychiatric facility with a focus on adolescent and Geriatric Behavioral Health units. Floating may be required to support various units as operationally needed.
