What You'll Do

• Run preset appointments and self-generated leads with homeowners

• Inspect roofs and exteriors to identify storm damage needs

• Present tailored solutions and close in-home

• Own the full cycle: Inspection → Estimate → Presentation → Close

• Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure approach

• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and production goals

What You Bring

• Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (preferred)

• A background in in-home or high-ticket closing

• Strong communication and the ability to build rapport fast

• Knowledge of — or willingness to learn — insurance restoration

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and coachable

• Valid driver's license and reliable local transportation
