Senior FP&A Analyst - Strategic Forecasting & R&D Insights

Tolmar in Buffalo Grove, Illinois is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A. In this high-visibility role, you will perform financial analysis to support monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc requests. You will partner with senior leaders across R&D and other enabling functions to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least eight years of relevant experience.
