We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our MSK Monmouth site. Role Overview Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with the management of a caseload of Radiation Oncology patients Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up Key Qualifications New Jersey State RN license, BLS certification required 2 years of Radiation Oncology experience highly preferred Ambulatory care experience preferred 1.5 - 2 yrs clinical nurse experience required Core Skills Willing to take action and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, and enthusiasm Creative decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that maintain our world-class standard of nursing care Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged Effective communicator, capable of determining the best methods to reach different audiences and performing communications based on that understanding Flexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent patient care Additional Information Schedule: Flexed 10‑hours between Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9 pm [No holidays, No weekends] Location: 480 Red Hill Road (Monmouth) Per Diem requirements: Minimum of 6 shifts per quarter Reports to: Nurse Leader Pay Range: $18.00 - $170.00 FSLA Status: Non‑Exempt At MSK, we believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects your job, experience, and skills.
