Associate Procurement Specialist

Supporting operational procurement needs, the full-time Associate Procurement Specialist will manage consulting agreements, P-Card activities, and catalog system administration in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Process and administer routine consulting agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance Execute basic procurement transactions and maintain supplier communication and documentation Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and enhance procurement operations Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in procurement or subcontracts BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain accurate documentation Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in procurement functions Must be a US Citizen
