Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a profitable book of binding authority business
• Evaluate referrals, pricing and form coverage recommendations
• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and underwriting best practices and communicate to partners
• Oversee audits, analyze claim trends, and implement corrective actions when needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support form development
• Represent the organization at key meetings and agency functions

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree
• 5+ years of P&C underwriting experience, ideally in binding authority or small commercial
• Excellent communicator and team-oriented approach
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
