Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our team at Toastique Chesapeake! As a Back of House Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and back-of-house areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and supplies

• Prepare and maintain food and beverage inventory, including stocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates

• Assist with meal preparation, including toasting, assembling, and plating

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals

• Participate in daily tasks, including trash removal, recycling, and cleaning of the dining area

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
