We take on the company's most ambiguous, high-stakes problems and operate like a startup embedded in an enterprise — prototyping quickly, grounding our hypotheses in data, and iterating until we've cracked the problem. We're looking for a Product Manager who wants to accelerate their career by working this way, learning from senior product leaders, and owning real outcomes early.What You'll Be DoingOwn pieces of new product initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery, working alongside senior PMs who will push you to growDrive rapid prototyping and experimentation, validating concepts through data, customer feedback, and scrappy testing before committing to full buildsTranslate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and user stories that engineering and design teams can act onConduct customer research and synthesize problems, ideas, and insights to inform the roadmapCollaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver production-ready MVPs on aggressive timelinesTrack emerging technology trends and bring fresh perspectives that help the team spot the next opportunityMaintain product roadmaps, write detailed specs, and define the success metrics that tell us whether something is workingWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3-6 years of product management experience, in an enterprise or startup settingA builder mindset: genuine interest in building new things, energized by ambiguity rather than paralyzed by it — the type of person who prototypes on weekends, tinkers with new tools before being asked, and treats constraints as creative fuelHands-on, daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to draft specs, analyze data, prototype solutions, and accelerate workflow, along with enough understanding of how LLMs work to know when to trust their output and when not toExposure to, or strong curiosity about, emerging technologies, data-driven products, or innovative platformsA strong execution mindset — able to turn a rough direction into a plan teams can run withExcellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse, cross-functional teamsCustomer-focused thinking, with eagerness to learn how to gather, synthesize, and act on user insightsComfort operating in highly matrixed, resource-constrained environmentsPreferred QualificationsDirect experience shipping an MVP or 0-to-1 product in a resource-constrained teamFamiliarity with experimentation frameworks or lightweight research methods for validating product hypothesesA related technical degree requiredWhy Join?You'll get hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle — problem discovery, rapid prototyping, user validation, launch, and iteration — in a high-visibility environment where speed and impact matter more than process. The typical base salary range for this position is $148,500 - $223,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $178,900 - $246,000 annually.
