Obstetrician-Gynecologist | Flexible Schedule with 4/10 Option | $90k Bonus

Kadlec Clinic is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a supportive and highly collegial team in Richland, Washington. This opportunity offers a flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule, allowing physicians to tailor their practice to either a more balanced lifestyle or a higher production model, depending on their preferences. The role includes a mix of clinic and surgical time, with access to two DaVinci robotic systems for those interested in maintaining an active surgical practice. Physicians will also benefit from access to an ASC, a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, supporting a comprehensive scope of practice. Kadlec's OB-GYN program is well-established and busy, with more than 2,700 deliveries annually. The hospital is supported by 24/7 onsite OB Hospitalist and Midwife coverage.
