Grain Production Worker - Seasonal

Role Overview This position involves operating and maintaining grain handling facilities, including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, as well as managing ground piles and performing basic equipment maintenance. It emphasizes providing excellent customer service, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities Perform facility operations and grain handling tasks Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations Engage with team members and deliver quality customer service Follow safety protocols and keep the workspace clean Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Minimum age of 18 years Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, climbing, and crawling, with or without accommodations Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Basic computer skills Capability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE Ability to work at elevated heights (4 feet and above) Preferred Attributes Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with prior notice This role offers a $25.00/hr compensation, a sign-on bonus of $2000, and is available on a 1st shift basis.
