Crisis Stabilization Program Coordinator - Youth

BrightPath LLC is hiring a Program Coordinator to open and run a new short-term crisis stabilization home in the Twin Cities. This hands-on leadership role includes direct care shifts, on-site supervision, and building systems for medication, documentation, and daily structure. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement person-centered plans and ensure licensing compliance.
