Role: The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides comprehensive nursing care during a patient's hospital stay, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care. Provides patient and family education, assists with procedures, and ensures safety and infection control practices. Recognizes changes in patient condition, collaborates with team members, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold an active RN license in the relevant state, with certifications like BLS. Demonstrates clinical competence, strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism. Committed to quality care, safety, and continuous learning.
