Production TechnicianNesco Resource is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the renewable energy industry to hire Production Techs as long term temps. This is a great opportunity for hands-on individuals looking to build their manufacturing skills and grow their careers in an innovative industry.Shift(s):2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday (4 X 10): 3:30PM - 2:00AM – 12% Shift DifferentialPay:$18 - 20 /hour (based on experience) + 12% shift differential on 2ndCore Duties & ResponsibilitiesHand assemble a variety of sub-systems and components.Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.Operate hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation work.Operate material handling equipment as required; training/certification provided.Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process.Follow all Environmental Health & Safety regulations and OSHA standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.Complete manufacturing documentation as required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.Strong manual dexterity.Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.Ability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule.Basic computer skills.Quality-focused and detail-oriented.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
