Primrose School of Royersford is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for families, children, staff, and visitors while ensuring the daily operations of the front office run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet families, children, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Schedule tours, appointments, and meetings
• Maintain accurate records and assist with enrollment paperwork and tour packets
• Monitor and order office and classroom supplies
• Support school leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
• Manage daily communications with families and staff
• Ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and welcoming
• Assist with tidiness of staff lounge, resources, and conference room

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
• Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
• Experience in a childcare, education, or school setting is a plus

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
