This role sits at the intersection of strategic planning, commercial operations, and pricing strategy — requiring strong leadership, deep business acumen, and the ability to translate vision into operational execution. This role is being leveled as Senior Manager or Director based on experience, and carries significant growth potential as Addepar's GTM organization continues to scale. Success in this role means owning and driving GTM strategy and planning outcomes that directly impact Addepar's revenue growth. You will lead a team and initiatives spanning pricing strategy, market segmentation, sales productivity, and operational infrastructure. You'll establish the operational objectives for your function and partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align planning efforts to Addepar's strategic priorities.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.What You’ll DoCoach and develop a small team, setting direction and creating an environment where people can do their best workShape the annual and long-range GTM planning cycle, including revenue planning by market, geography, and product, capacity and headcount planning, segmentation, and quota designTranslate company targets into bottoms-up plans with clear assumptions that align Sales, Finance, and executive leadershipDevelop forward-looking financial models for our product-led growth and existing ARR motions, and move them from spreadsheets into DatabricksTrack pacing and performance against plan, using AI-driven forecasting and scenario modeling to give leaders clear visibilityGuide territory segmentation and designPartner with Sales Operations and Finance on go-to-market compensationWork with Finance, Product, and Marketing on pricing and monetization, including consumption-based modelsConnect teams across Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Clients, helping remove blockers and build shared accountabilityBring a clear perspective, ask thoughtful questions, and challenge constructively, then commit to the decisionWho You Are10+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy and planning, management consulting, or a related field, with 5+ years leading peopleExperience at a high-growth, scaled company, ideally with global scopeExperience leading annual planning, territory design, or quota and capacity planningComfort with data and modeling, including BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Databricks) and SalesforceStrong communication, with the ability to present complex analysis to senior leaders and influence decisionsBased in New York and in the officeAddepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
