You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Saturday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document access activity to help support security‑related operations and site protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or site issues. Minimum Requirements A guard card and/or license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
