Contract Length: 13 weeks, Guaranteed Hours/Week: 36
Requirements
- Active nursing license
- 2 years of recent experience in the specialty
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support
- Assist in the assessment and development of care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Compliance / Notes
Background check and drug screening required prior to assignment.
