We are seeking professional CDL-A Drivers for regional routes across the Southwest. If you're tired of unpredictable freight and want a stable driving career backed by a supportive operations team, your next step starts here.

Pay:

• Average Weekly Income: $1,100 – $1,500
• Competitive Mileage Pay: Paid on all dispatched miles.
• Delay Protection: Additional hourly pay for detention and breakdown delays.
• Stability: Full-time W-2 employment with consistent freight volume year-round.

Route & Home Time

• Regional Operation: Southwest lanes only.
• Home Weekly: Out for 5–6 days, home for a full 34–48 hour weekend reset.
• Predictable Dispatch: 24/7 support with steady, established customer lanes.

The Freight (No Touch!)

• Type: 100% Dry Van.
• No-Touch: Keep moving without the heavy lifting.
• Drop-and-Hook: The vast majority of our freight is drop-and-hook to minimize your downtime.

Late-Model Equipment

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent commercial driving experience within the last 90 days.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and safety requirements.
• Acceptable driving and employment history.
• SAP is ok if step 6 is complete + have some driving time with another carrier after completion
