Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive at FindLaw , you will be responsible for developing and growing new customer accounts within the legal community across a designated territory. Your focus will include identifying opportunities to provide FindLaw web-based marketing and advertising solutions and partnering with the internal Account Management team to ensure post-sales satisfaction and client retention. What You’ll Do Develop and grow a customer base in small‑mid law firms, prospect and cold‑call prospects, consult with clients on web‑based marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client concerns. Responsibilities Attain monthly sales targets and quota in the assigned territory. Consult with clients regarding web‑based marketing strategies and solutions that meet their business needs. Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling. Maintain technical aptitude (MS Office, internet applications, Salesforce.com). Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to resolve concerns and establish current and potential client relationships. Qualifications 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience. Experience in outside sales in a professional B2B environment. Proven track record of sales success, fast growth, and consistently achieving performance at 100%+. Previous sales experience in an online/advertising environment is a plus. Working knowledge of sales process, methods, and techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret marketplace needs. Proven organizational, time‑management, and independent work skills. Ability to be actively in the field on most business days with some overnight travel as required.
