Role focus

• Operate and support 5‑axis milling operations.
• Execute waterjet deburring for clean, consistent finishes.
• Perform leak testing to validate parts before shipment.
• Contribute to production of components such as transmission housings and other precision assemblies.

Entry path

No experience required. We will train motivated candidates on 5‑axis milling, waterjet deburr, and leak testing procedures in our stable, experienced shop.

Compensation & benefits

• Starting pay: $18–$25 per hour + overtime opportunities
• After 60 days: 401K, healthcare, PTO, dental, and vision
