Job Details

Below is an overview of ?t?he core responsibilities and daily operational duties:

Operations & Customer Satisfaction: Oversee daily support operations and implement strategies to boost overall customer satisfaction.

Janitorial Supervision: Manage day porter and janitorial operations across assigned locations.

Quality Assurance: Conduct multiple daily site visits using a company vehicle to ensure high standards, including joint inspections with on-site management and clients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure all daily cleaning tasks and special projects are completed on schedule.

Safety & Compliance: Observe and strictly enforce all facility and company security and safety regulations.

Administrative Support: Handle additional operational tasks and administrative duties as required.
