Continuous Improvement SpecialistTremendous opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join this established and growing manufacturer in the Berlin/Millersport area!The Continuous Improvement Specialist will support manufacturing operations and drive process improvements, reduce waste, enhance efficiency, quality and safety and similar duties in a GMP pharma packaging environment.Pay rate will be $24.35/hr. $2/hr. shift differential for all hours outside of 7am-3pm! Schedule is 3rd - 11p-7a M-F.There is tremendous opportunity for growth with this company, working in a clean, undated environment - apply now!To be successful in this role the Continuous Improvement Specialist will have:1+ yrs experience in a GMP manufacturing environmentHS Degree or equivalent required; Associate in manufacturing, Industrial Tech, Engineering Tech or similar a plusUnderstanding of Performance Metrics in relation to manufacturing (scrap, downtime, yield, etc.)Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 6S, or similar)Proficient in MSOfficeExperience reading technical documentation such as Batch records, SOPS and similarBasic Math skillsAbility to lift 50 lbsTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
