We have an immediate opening for the following position: Sourcing Coordinator Position Summary The Sourcing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sourcing team to ensure timely communication with suppliers, accurate data management, and efficient execution of day-to-day sourcing activities. This role plays a key part in supporting supplier coordination, quote tracking, and internal communication as the organization scales. Essential Functions Vendor Communication & Follow-Up Send RFQs (requests for quote) to suppliers and follow up on outstanding responses Communicate with vendors on order status, lead times, and basic inquiries Route supplier questions to the appropriate internal team Quote & Data Management Enter and maintain supplier quotes in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Wisys) Track quote status and ensure timely updates Maintain organized digital records of supplier communications and pricing Administrative Support Support supplier onboarding by collecting required documentation Prepare basic comparison sheets for sourcing team review Assist with updating approved vendor lists and sourcing databases Cross-Functional Coordination Work with engineering, operations, and customer service to gather required sourcing information Ensure all necessary details are included before RFQs are issued Reporting & Tracking Maintain simple trackers for open quotes, supplier responses, and lead times Flag delays, missing information, or risks to the sourcing lead Process Support Follow established sourcing workflows and templates Identify opportunities to improve organization and response times Other Duties Perform additional administrative or support tasks as assigned Qualifications Minimum Requirements (Skills & Abilities) Strong organizational and follow-up skills (this is the #1 success driver) Clear and professional written communication (email-heavy role) Comfortable working in Excel (basic formulas, tracking logs) Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
