Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice. Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs. Stay current with market trends and product offerings. Quoting and running appointments. Monitor and track sales goals to success. Conduct policyholder reviews. Cross-sell and upsell to all customers. Develop referral business. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in insurance and financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
