Respiratory Therapist PRN

The Respiratory Therapist II provides advanced patient care in critical and complex settings, including ventilator management, medication administration, and airway procedures. They assess patients, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families, addressing biological, emotional, and developmental needs. Responsibilities Documentation; supporting quality improvement initiatives; mentoring staff and students. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy; relevant licenses and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT); 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills are essential to succeed in this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
