This position requires the analyst to support night shift periodically, as the project needs.Must be flexible for off-business hour schedules and be able to support 24/7’s on-call support, as needed during open enrollment period.Monitoring the system live, using multiple tools like New Relic, Splunk, and other monitoring tools in production and pre-production environment.Perform change request (CR)/remedy ticket (RT) analysisEscalate issues and risks in a timely mannerMonitor production region and IMP regionWork on identifying the root cause analysis of the production issuesWork with TDS, XOC, and the ops team to fix production issuesProduce bi-hourly reports and daily reportsIdentifying/understanding/analyzing ongoing Production issues and providing an initial level of triaging and ability to properly communicate these issues.Recognizing and adopting best practices in reporting and analysisWorking with integrated partners and operations teams to manage and resolve issues.Supporting Testing and analysis activities performed by the teamStrong communication skillsA good understanding of networking/Communication protocols is a plus4 to 6 years of Prior development/Operations experience is a plusREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Determine System objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirementsUnderstanding of System Engineering ConceptsStrong understand on Java or any relevant coreAdaptive in high pressure and short deadlinesInitial triage of events,Categorization and prioritization,Directing troubleshooting activities,Technical escalations.Problem management.Supporting change control.Can ensure the integrity and security of the healthcare products and the dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCan work independently and/or as a collaborative team playerCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceCandidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 yearsPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Experience in using tools like Splunk, New Relic is a plusHealth care backgroundEDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelors in a relevant technical field4 to 6+ years related experienceWHAT WE OFFER:At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
