What You Will Be DoingStrategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the business segment’s goals, ensuring efficient integration of procurement, production, and distribution processes.Operational Oversight: Manage daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting, to maintain optimal performance and meet service level agreements.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and enhances overall team productivity.Supplier and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor supply chain performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support the business segment’s objectives.
