Position Summary

The Staffing Manager plays a critical role in recruiting, screening, and placing top-tier candidates to meet client needs. You’ll serve as a key liaison between job seekers and employers, ensuring a strong match based on skills, goals, and qualifications. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to support our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Source, interview, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Assist with resume writing, interview prep, and job coaching.
• Draft and publish job postings.
• Match qualified candidates with open client positions.

Client & Candidate Management

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction post-placement.
• Track interviews, placements, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and oversee recruitment staff.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain applicant and client databases.
• Document hiring activities, interview results, and placement metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 1+ year experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent management (preferred).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Additional Information

• Must be able to relocate to Orlando, FL before starting work.
• Work is in-person at our Orlando location.
