Compensation $60,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities Guide families through the legal processes of the Marchman Act and Guardianship with empathy and clarity. Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and actionable advice to foster trust and confidence. Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation. Provide consistent follow-up to ensure clients are supported throughout their recovery journey. Facilitate connections between clients and appropriate resources or services to aid in their recovery process. Educate families on their legal options and the steps involved in the recovery process. Qualifications Experience in guiding families through legal processes with empathy and clarity. Experience in consultative sales, with a focus on empathy and building trust. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and actionable advice. Proven track record of collaborating with legal teams to ensure seamless case management. Strong skills in maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation.
