Technology Talent Sourcing Recruiter

Kforce's client, a leading global professional services organization is seeking an experienced Technology Talent Sourcing Recruiter to support experienced-hire recruiting initiatives. Candidates must be located in the San Francisco Bay area. Location/Flexibility: This position offers the best of both worlds. Candidates can work remotely or take advantage of a beautiful office in the heart of San Francisco. Responsibilities:

Proactively source and engage technology professionals
Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening
Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing platforms, and other recruiting channels
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on open requisitions
Provide market intelligence on available technology talent
Manage multiple searches and pipelines in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience
Strong experience sourcing IT and technology professionals
Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate outreach
Experience supporting a large corporate or complex recruiting environment preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
